Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
At Volt Active, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and transparent as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where tracking information is available.
Please note that processing times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as payment verification, carrier disruptions, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. While we work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to have orders delivered as quickly as possible, Volt Active cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be provided by email after dispatch.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will review the situation.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the relevant delivery provider to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Please note that delivery issues should be reported to Volt Active rather than being handled solely with the delivery carrier, as the seller remains responsible for addressing delivery problems with the customer.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.
If an order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible.
If an order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Where an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, we may need to wait for the parcel to be returned before arranging a further delivery or other appropriate solution.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the product.
We will assess the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.
Customs, Duties and Additional Charges
Where applicable, any customs duties, taxes or other charges that are legally payable by the customer will be clearly communicated before purchase where required.
Volt Active does not guarantee that an order will be free from customs charges where such charges are legally applicable.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, delivery arrangements or applicable legal requirements.
Any changes will be posted on this page.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
At Volt Active, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Nothing in this policy affects or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel
For most purchases made online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period normally begins when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days.
If you wish to exercise this right, you should contact Volt Active within the applicable cancellation period and clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies.
2. Returning an Item After Changing Your Mind
If you cancel your purchase under the statutory cancellation period, the goods should be returned without undue delay and within the applicable return period.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, similar to how you would reasonably be able to inspect them in a shop.
Where the law allows a deduction because the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, Volt Active may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, not as described, or another legal requirement applies, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory cancellation right.
Any return-cost information applicable to your order will be communicated as required before or during the purchase process.
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, Volt Active will handle the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us understand the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Under UK consumer law, consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract and receive a refund, subject to the applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
If an issue is identified after this period, you may still have statutory rights, including rights relating to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Refunds
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, Volt Active will process the refund without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
For a statutory cancellation, refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed with you.
Where applicable, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
6. Original Delivery Costs
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the standard delivery charge originally paid, where required by applicable law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, the additional cost may not be refundable where permitted by law.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for a different size, colour or product.
If you have changed your mind and would prefer a different product, you may contact us to discuss the available options.
Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Products Excluded From Cancellation Rights
Certain types of goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right under UK law.
Where an applicable legal exception applies to a particular product, this will be communicated to you where required.
Examples can include certain personalised or made-to-order goods and other products covered by specific legal exceptions.
9. How to Request a Return or Cancellation
To request a return, cancellation or refund, please contact Volt Active using the contact details provided on our website.
Please include:
-
Your full name
-
Order number
-
The item concerned
-
The reason for your request, where relevant
-
Photographs or other supporting information if the item is damaged or faulty
We will provide the appropriate return instructions where a return is required.
Please do not send an item to an address obtained from the product packaging or supplier unless Volt Active has specifically instructed you to do so.
10. Refunds for Orders That Have Not Yet Been Delivered
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the order status and, where cancellation is legally available and the order can be stopped, process the appropriate refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, the normal cancellation and return procedure may apply.
11. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
Goods supplied to consumers must generally be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Where goods do not meet these requirements, you may have legal remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
12. Contact Us
If you have any questions about cancellations, returns or refunds, please contact Volt Active using the contact details provided on our website.
We will review each request and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
